Emailed dealership on minor issues that i found after purchase of used vehicle. Thought dealership should fix prior to selling. No response to feedback which is completely irresponsible of their management team. Should follow up with their customers if they have issue, at least talk through it.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Got me the car I wanted, even though they didn't have it in their inventory. Got me a payment I could afford. Excellent service.
When I went to pay for my repair, I asked how much they would need for a down payment as I had no desire of paying the entire amount out of pocket the same day. She got all huffy and puffy and told me I shouldn't have agreed to the amount if I wasn't ready to give the money.. I guess having a payment plan is looked down on there. I ended up paying 360 dollars from the 730 total, otherwise I wouldnt have a car! Before all this they gave me my car back saying nothing was wrong with it but it died on me the same day I got it back... I let that go after being stuck and sick and agreed to pay out of pocket for a repair that they were very vauge about when I asked what was wrong with my vehicle.... Next time I will spend my hard earned money for better customer service and expertise elsewhere!
Manager was arrogant and rude during purchase process for a like new King Ranch. Dent and rust on bumper were worse than pictures show. When our guy came to pick the truck up to deliver to the East Coast, he was rude to the driver as well when he was performing his inspection prior to taking receipt of the truck and attempted to get him out of there as quickly as possible. I'd never do business with them again, and beware if you're buying from out of state.
Jim in Service Dept is top quality. He communicated very well and took great care of us as customers even though we were just driving through. Best service I've had anywhere.
